All delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Actual delivery may vary due to carrier capacity, weather conditions, high-volume periods, or other factors beyond our control. We do not make legally binding delivery date commitments.

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and carrier information. Risk of loss and title to the products passes to you upon delivery to the address you provided.

In some cases, particularly for larger or heavier furniture pieces, your order may be shipped via freight or specialized carrier service. Delivery arrangements such as curbside drop-off or scheduled delivery appointments may be coordinated directly with the carrier. We will communicate this clearly in your shipping confirmation.

Where operationally necessary, we may fulfill your order in multiple shipments. You will not be charged additional shipping fees for partial deliveries.

 

All products sold through our Website remain the property of Dandy Rustic Fine Furniture, LLC until full and cleared payment has been received. Ownership (title) transfers to you only upon receipt of complete payment for your order.

Custom or personalized furniture orders are fulfilled to the specifications confirmed at the time of order. Minor natural variations in wood grain, finish tone, or texture in handcrafted pieces are inherent to the product and do not constitute a warranty claim.
