1. Return Policy Overview

We accept returns on eligible furniture items within 30 days of the delivery date. Returns are completely free — we provide a prepaid shipping label so you are not out of pocket for return shipping costs.

To protect the quality of our products and ensure a fair process for all customers, returned items must be in their original, unused condition. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

 

2. Return Window — 30 Days

You have 30 days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. The 30-day window begins on the date shown in your carrier's delivery confirmation, not the date of purchase.

 

Important:

Return requests submitted after 30 days from the delivery date may not be accepted. We encourage you to inspect your order promptly upon arrival and contact us as soon as possible if you wish to return an item.

Once we confirm your return is eligible, we will send you a prepaid return shipping label by email along with instructions on how to package and ship your item back to us.

 

4. Return Process — Step by Step

Here is exactly what happens when you submit a return request:

Email or call us to let us know you'd like to return an item. Include your order number and reason for the return.

Once we confirm your return is eligible, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label at no cost to you.

Ship the Item

Pack the item securely in its original or equivalent packaging and drop it off with the carrier noted on your prepaid label.

Inspection

Once we receive your return, our team will inspect the item within a reasonable timeframe to confirm it meets our return conditions.

Refund Issued

If the item passes inspection, your refund will be processed within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once it has been issued.

 

We will keep you informed at each stage of the process. If you have not heard from us within 2 business days of your initial contact, please follow up and we will look into it right away.

 

5. Return Conditions

To be accepted for a return, items must meet the following conditions at the time they are received by us:

 

        Unused and unassembled: The item must not have been assembled, used, or placed in a room for regular use. Furniture that has been assembled and used cannot be accepted for return.

        Original condition: The item must be free from scratches, marks, stains, odors, or any other signs of use or alteration.

        Original packaging: Items should be returned in their original packaging whenever possible. If the original packaging is no longer available, please use equally protective packaging to prevent damage during transit.

        Complete contents: All parts, hardware, assembly instructions, and accessories that came with the item must be included in the return shipment.

        Within the return window: The return must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date.

 

What happens if the return conditions are not met?

If a returned item does not meet our return conditions — for example, if it arrives showing signs of use, damage caused after delivery, or with missing components — we reserve the right to decline the return or issue only a partial refund based on the condition of the item. We will always contact you to explain the situation before making a final decision.

 

6. Free Return Shipping & Return Address

We cover the full cost of return shipping. Once your return is approved, we will email you a prepaid return shipping label. Simply print the label, attach it to your securely packaged item, and drop it off at the designated carrier location specified on the label.

You will not be charged any return shipping fees at any point in the return process.

7. Refunds

Once we receive your returned item, our team will inspect it to verify that it meets our return conditions. Refunds will not be issued until this inspection is complete.

 Confirmation: You will receive an email notification once your refund has been processed

 Bank processing: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days for your bank or card issuer to post the refund to your account, depending on your financial institution

 

Original shipping charges, if any were collected at the time of purchase, are generally non-refundable unless the return is the result of our error, a defective item, or an incorrect shipment on our part.

If your refund is taking longer than expected, please contact your bank or payment provider first. If the issue is unresolved, contact us, and we will investigate on your behalf.

 

8. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

 

        Custom or personalized furniture: Items that were made, modified, or engraved specifically to your specifications cannot be returned, as they cannot be resold to another customer. Custom orders are confirmed before production — please review your order carefully before confirming.

        Final sale items: Items marked as “Final Sale” or “Clearance” at the time of purchase are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or refund unless they arrive damaged or defective.

        Gift cards: Gift cards and store credit are non-refundable and have no cash value.

        Assembled items showing signs of use: Furniture that has been fully assembled and used in a home or commercial setting is not eligible for return unless it arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

9. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We take great care in packaging and shipping our furniture, but we understand that damage can occasionally occur during transit, or an incorrect item may be shipped by mistake. If this happens, we will make it right.

 

Please contact us immediately if your order:

  Arrived with visible damage to the item or packaging

  Has a manufacturing defect or structural issue

  Is a different item, color, size, or model than what you ordered

  Is missing parts, hardware, or assembly components

We will never ask you to return a damaged item at your own expense. All return shipping costs in these cases are fully covered by us.
