We know that waiting for a furniture delivery takes patience — and we want to make the experience as smooth and stress-free as possible. Below you will find everything you need to know about how we ship your order, how long it takes, and what to do if something goes wrong. 1. Shipping Area
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. At this time, we do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, APO/FPO military addresses, or international destinations.
If you are unsure whether we can deliver to your address, please contact us before placing your order and we will be happy to confirm.
2. Shipping Costs
Shipping is completely free on every order — no minimum purchase amount, no promotional conditions, and no hidden fees. What you see at checkout is exactly what you pay.
This applies to all furniture items in our store, including large, oversized, and heavy pieces that typically incur freight charges elsewhere. We absorb these costs so you don't have to.
3. Order Processing Time
Once your payment is successfully confirmed, we begin preparing your order for shipment. Our standard order processing time is 1 to 2 business days.

Important Processing Notes • Processing begins only after successful payment confirmation — not when the order is placed. • Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST may be picked up for processing the following business day. • We do not process or ship orders on Saturdays, Sundays, or U.S. federal holidays. • Orders placed on a weekend or federal holiday will begin processing on the next business day. |
Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, excluding all U.S. federal holidays.
4. Delivery Time
After your order has been processed and handed off to our shipping carrier, please allow the following timeframes:

These timeframes are estimates and represent typical delivery windows under normal conditions. Actual delivery dates may vary depending on your location, carrier capacity, and other factors outside our control.
Furniture items — particularly larger pieces — may require delivery via freight or specialized carrier services. In these cases, a delivery appointment or curbside drop-off may be arranged directly with the carrier. We will communicate any such arrangements clearly in your shipping confirmation.
5. Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking
As soon as your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to monitor your delivery in real time. This email is sent to the address you provided at checkout.
✔ Shipping carrier: Your order will be shipped via [CARRIER NAME] or an equivalent trusted carrier. Large furniture items may be fulfilled through a specialized freight service.
✔ Tracking number: Included in your shipping confirmation email
✔ Tracking link: Active within 24–48 hours of the carrier receiving the package
If you have not received a shipping confirmation email within 3 business days of placing your order, please check your spam or junk folder first. If it is not there, contact us and we will look into it right away.
6. Delays & Exceptions
While we work hard to meet our estimated delivery windows, certain circumstances are beyond our control and may cause delays. These include:
• Severe weather events or natural disasters affecting carrier routes
• High shipping volumes during peak seasons, including the holiday period (Thanksgiving through New Year), Black Friday, and major sale events
• Carrier network disruptions or labor actions
• Incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided at checkout
• Remote or rural delivery locations that may require additional transit time
All delivery timeframes stated in this policy are estimates, not guarantees. We are unable to make legally binding delivery date commitments.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated window, please allow 1–2 additional business days before contacting us, as carrier tracking sometimes updates with a slight delay. If there is still no movement, reach out to our team and we will investigate with the carrier on your behalf.
7. Lost or Damaged Packages
Lost Packages
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please take the following steps:
• Confirm the delivery address on your order confirmation matches your intended address
• Check around your property — front door, side entrance, garage, or with a neighbor
• Allow 24 hours after the marked delivery date, as carriers occasionally mark packages as delivered slightly early
• Contact your local post office or carrier facility with your tracking number
If you are still unable to locate your package after these steps, please contact us. We will work with the carrier to initiate a trace and find a resolution for you as quickly as possible.
Damaged Packages
Furniture can be large and heavy, and despite careful packaging, damage during transit can occasionally occur. If your order arrives damaged, please:
• Take clear photographs of the damaged item and the packaging before moving or discarding anything
• Note any damage on the delivery receipt if a signature is required at the time of delivery

We will review your claim promptly and work with you to arrange a replacement, repair, or refund, depending on the nature and extent of the damage. Do not discard the damaged item or packaging until our team has confirmed next steps.
