2. Payment Processing
When you place an order on our Website, payment is authorized and charged at the time your order is submitted and confirmed. By completing your purchase, you authorize us to charge the full order amount — including any applicable taxes and shipping fees — to your selected payment method.

Because furniture orders often require coordination with manufacturers, warehouse teams, and freight carriers, we begin processing your order as soon as payment is confirmed. For this reason, cancellation requests must be made promptly after purchase (see our Cancellation and Refund Policy for details).
3. Currency
All prices listed on our Website are displayed and charged in United States Dollars (USD). If you are purchasing from outside the United States, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion fees. These fees are determined by your financial institution and are not charged by or controlled by Dandy Rustic Fine Furniture, LLC.
We recommend checking with your bank or card issuer if you have questions about international transaction fees before completing your purchase.

As a business operating in the state of Georgia, we are required to collect sales tax on orders shipped to Georgia addresses in accordance with Georgia state law. Orders shipped to other states may be subject to sales tax depending on applicable nexus laws and tax regulations in those states.

4.3 Promotional Prices and Discounts
Discount codes and promotional prices are valid only for the specified promotion period and cannot be applied retroactively to completed orders. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

These options may include providers such as:
• Shop Pay Installments — Split your order into 4 interest-free payments or longer-term financing options
• Afterpay — Pay in 4 equal installments, due every two weeks
• Klarna — Flexible payment options including pay in 4, pay in 30 days, or monthly financing
• Affirm — Monthly payment plans for larger purchases
Availability of BNPL options may vary based on your location, order total, and eligibility. Each provider has its own terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements. Please review the terms of your chosen BNPL provider carefully before completing your purchase.
Please note that any financing agreements entered into with third-party BNPL providers are between you and that provider. Dandy Rustic Fine Furniture, LLC is not responsible for the terms, fees, or policies of third-party installment payment services.
9. Refunds

Refund Timeline: Once a return or refund is approved, please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to be reflected in your account. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider. BNPL Refunds: If you paid using a Buy Now, Pay Later service, refunds will be processed through that provider and applied to your installment balance in accordance with their policies. |
